Ok but limitation of 02 persons per room is too much.....when customers are ready to adjust with kids, it shouldn't be a problem
I went to have my lunch there, POT CHiCKEN BIRYANI was tasting awesome! Loved it ! In my opinion it’s a must try dish and the quantity was fine. BUT ITS SPICY for a person who is from any other state I suppose.
We ate chicken biryani here The taste is good. 3.75/5. It is not as regular hyderabadi biryani. We found Kismiss, cashew and tomato in biryani. Worth try.
Really clean rooms. We used this place overnight. The staff were very helpful and best of all they have a 24 hour checkout policy, so you are not forced to rush out of your room well before you can handle it. The food in the restaurant at the lobby is all vegetarian (huge plus for us) while the rooms surprisingly serve non-veg - hopefully the kitchens are different. The food like all telengana food is very spicy - so if you are a low spicy food eater make sure you specifically ask for low spicy food.. very limited choice though..

Hotel ratna is the best place in warangal to satisfy your taste buds. I've tried pot chicken biryani and it turned out to be the best biryani ever had. Overall look of the restaurant is a bit old but classy. Ambience is good to go with friends and family. Situated on the main road which made it very easy to reach. Totally the food is so tasty.
They were very polite and well manner. We stayed for 3 days and asked for extra blankets and towels and room cleaning whenever we wished for.. They did it as per our convenience. Their restaurant food is so delicious and quantity is double for the money we paid. It is located in the well connected area yet its not noisy or polluted. They maintain it properly. On the whole had a great time staying there.
